Use the app store to enable and manage applications that expand iiko's functionality. Those might be the following:

  • Mobile applications (iikoDeliveryMan, iikoCheckList).
  • Cloud services.
  • Third-party services (roomService, Delivery-Club).


Only registered users may enable an app. For this:

  1. Sign in at
  2. Go to Apps > List.
  3. Select the outlet for which you want to enable an app.
  4. Select the required app from the list.
  5. On the appearing page of the application, click Enable. As a result, the system will generate an invoice and send it at your email specified earlier at the time you purchased any iiko’s products. The app will take a new status - “Payment pending”.

An email used to send invoices to is given on the Enabled products page under the Apps section.

  1. Once the invoice is paid, the app would take the “Enabled” status.


If you no longer want to use the app, you may disable it. For this:

  1. Sign in at
  2. Go to Apps > Enabled products.
  3. Select an outlet where you want an app to be disabled.
  4. Click Disable opposite the app.

Once done, you will no longer receive any bills, and the application would be disabled.

Application setup

Some of the enabled applications can be set up. This ability is defined by an app developer.

To set up an app:

  1. Sign in at
  2. Go to the Apps section.
  3. Select an outlet.
  4. Choose an app from the list.
  5. In the application card, click Application settings.

Enabled apps

The Enabled products page shows the information about the apps you purchased.

The Enabled applications table shows the apps that are purchased and paid only once.

The Cloud (monthly fee) table shows the apps with a monthly subscription.

Each app has its price specified, the number of licenses purchased and the total monthly payment.

If you want to reduce the number of licenses or purchase more, follow this:

  1. Click Change number opposite the app.
  2. In the appearing field, enter the required number of licenses.
  3. Click Save.

As a result, the next invoice will be bigger or smaller subject to the number of licenses specified.

If, at some point, you would like to stop using the app, click Disable. As a result, you will no longer receive corresponding bills.
