Customers, registered in iikoCard, may accrue bonuses and use them to pay orders. For how to enable and configure a bonus program, please refer to iikoCard User Guide.

Accumulation of bonus points

All new customers will be automatically registered in iikoCard when a delivery order is placed, and each of them will have a bonus e-Wallet created.

When an order is being taken, the system recognizes a customer by the telephone number. Once the delivery order is paid, a customer will have bonuses accrued on their account, the amount of which depends on the bonus program configuration.

Using bonus points

Accrued bonuses can be used to pay an order fully or partially (subject to the bonus program settings). For this, you have to preliminary create a special payment type to write off bonuses (fore more details, see iikoCard User Guide).

At a call center

To be able to pay an order with bonuses in the call center, follow this:

  1. Create a new delivery order and fill up the order form.
  2. Add a payment type to be used to write off bonuses in the Discounts and payments block.
  3. Enter the number of bonuses that can be written off in the pop-up box. To enter the number of all available bonuses click Maximum amount.


  1. Click Complete.
  2. Save the order.


In iikoFront

To be able to pay an order with bonuses in iikoFront, follow this:

  1. Create a new delivery order and fill up the order form.
  2. Select the payment type used for writing off bonuses in the payment or prepayment window.
  3. Enter the number of bonuses that can be written off in the pop-up box. To enter the number of all available bonuses click Exact amount.
  1. Click OK.
  2. Dispatch an order to the customer.
