Coupons

Your customers may take part in your special offers using coupons: they are offered special prices for items, gifts, discounts, etc.

A discount voucher has a unique code, and you can use it only once. As part of an offer, you can use only one voucher. Validity of a coupon depends on duration of the special offer for which it can be used.

For instance, one may get a 10% discount on beverages if produces a coupon.

At a call center

If a customer wants to use a coupon according to the special offer conditions, do the following in the call center:

  1. Add items to the order. The discount applies only to beverages, therefore, one of them shall be ordered.
  1. Click Coupon.
  2. Ask your customer to name the coupon number and enter the number in the pop-up box.

  1. Click Save. The discount granted under the coupon will be calculated based price and will be included in the total amount.

  1. Save the order to the outlet.

Once a coupon is used, it will be marked as used and you will not be able use it thereafter.

In iikoFront

If a customer wants to use a coupon according to the special offer conditions, do the following in iikoFront installed in the outlet:

  1. Add items to the order. The discount applies only to beverages, therefore, one of them shall be ordered, e.g., Coca-Cola.
  2. Press Discount/Surcharge.
  3. Click Add Coupon.
  4. Ask your customer to name the coupon number and enter the number in the pop-up box.
  1. Click OK first in the coupon input box and then in the discounts and surcharges window. The discount granted under the coupon will be calculated based on the Coca-Cola price and will be included in the total amount.
