If a customer wants to use iikoCard account funds, select the corresponding payment type in the delivery payment window. For how to create and configure the payment, please refer to iikoCard User Guide.
At a call center
Take the order as usual, specify the customer data, delivery data and add items. If the customer wants to use iikoCard bonuses or e-Wallet funds:
- Add previously created iikoCard payment type. The system will automatically determine whether the customer is registered in the database and whether or not he or she participates in any of the programs, for instance, “Club Card” In the pop-up window, you will see if a customer is granted a discount, its amount and under which program.
- Click Next. The system will define the maximum amount of bonuses and available e-Wallet funds a customer may use to pay the bill. These values can be summed up.
- Clarify the amount a customer wants to spend and enter the value in the Pay field. Click Complete. If a customer has no bonuses accrued, the step will be skipped. Once the wizard is closed, gift items will be added to the order. The information on the discount provided and the amount due will given in the Discounts and Payments window.
- If the amount of iikoCard funds is not enough to pay the bill, add one more payment type, e.g., cash or bank card.
To start the wizard again, click the Amount field in the iikoCard payment type item.
Send the order to the outlet. All the payment data will be fed to iikoFront.
Take the order as usual, specify the customer data, delivery data and add items. Order payment is submitted when the order is dispatched to a customer. So once you click Dispatch, you will be taken to the cash register screen.
If the customer wants to use iikoCard bonuses or e-Wallet funds:
- Add previously created iikoCard payment type. The system will automatically determine the amount which a customer can pay using bonuses and the funds on the account. All the offers and programs, under which a customer is entitled to a discount or gift, are applied at the time of order filling up.
- Enter the required amount and click End. The step will be skipped, if a customer has no bonuses or e-Wallet funds.
If the amount of iikoCard bonuses and e-Wallet funds is not enough to fully cover an order price, then add another payment type - cash or bank card. Click Pay and dispatch the order.
