Guests

This reference includes guests who have ever placed an order for a banquet, booked a table, or ordered delivery.

On the customer’s page, you may specify their general information, link a discount card, assign a discount or price category.

The guest reference can be edited by an employee who has the “Work with guest reference book” (F_GUEST) permission.

To add a new guest, follow this:

  1. Click > Guest list and you will be taken to the reference.
  2. Click New guest.
  3. On the guest’s page, enter his or her First name and Last name.
  4. If a customer made a reservation or ordered a banquet, enter their phone number. In this case, you might not have to enter a card number.
  5. If you issue a card to a guest, enter its number. All cards are unique, that is why you may not add two guests with the same card number. However, the following situations are possible:
    • If the same card number found in the system, then, depending on its settings, the Discount/Surcharge or Price category fields will be filled up automatically.
    • If there is no such card number in the system, then, after saving, there will be a new card created for this client with the specified number. Select a discount/surcharge or price category for such a card.
  6. You may also select a discount or price category for the guest manually.
  7. Specify an email address in the Email field and any additional information on the client.
  8. Check the Subscribed to order status notifications field if a customer agrees to receive notifications on his or her order. This setting applies only to delivery orders.
  9. Your venue, by means of certain rules, may require asking your guests to provide their consent to store their personal data. The I agree to have my personal data processed field will be filled up according to the guest’s answer.
    • If a guest does not agree or asks to delete his/her personal data from the system, click on the field and leave it blank ‒ . To make your guests’ data anonymized (for those who didn’t agree or withdrew their consent to personal data processing), you have to contact iiko support.
    • If a guest agrees to the personal data storing and processing, check the box ‒ .
    • If you don’t have to ask for such a permission and in case of all existing guests in your system, their agreement is undefined ‒ .
  10. Click OK
